Say fuck it and do it anyways.

That’s what writing is for - to free the thoughts that coop themselves up inside you, release that tension. A way to let emotions flow where the verbal word fails you. Put a heart within the metaphors and similes that race their way across the page, eating the reader up at every sentence, word, punctuation mark. Devouring the way the mind thinks and expressing the seemingly inexpressible to those who need to know what’s happening, with those who are afraid to speak. Pencil and paper, fingers and buttons, type and page; all hold the key to doors in the mind that some will never have the pleasure of understanding. Embrace that Ecstasy, give it a go. Let your thoughts paint themselves out and don’t stop.

So there’s that random giggling that can barely be controlled which, in the end, is what causes many of those random goofy lookin smiles to spread across peoples faces. On the bus, in class, sitting on a bench when they think no one is looking. The onlooker, that’s you, might not even notice it. But if you do, perhaps you wonder what thought triggered such a lovely simplistic facial reaction. Were they recalling a pleasant memory? Or did something happen off to the side that you missed? You’ll probably never know. Even if you were to go ask that person why they smiled, they may have been so lost in thought that they aren’t even aware it happen and then you’re standing there all awkwardly with a stranger.. Guess you might make a friend, but then again…. anyways, think about it. What makes you smile randomly? Your beloved dog coming to greet you enthusiastically every morning and afternoon? Your kid making seemingly pointless doodles on printer paper? Your old friends playfully elbowing each other as they crack jokes at each other all afternoon. Maybe it’s that look you catch in your loved one’s eyes when they smile, laugh, or look your way. Whatever it is, cherish it. And never stop smiling. :)

Believe it or not, it’s good for you.
What do you dream about when you lay your head to rest? Do you think of all the good things, or all the little pests. Do you picture your future and all that it holds? Or perhaps you fantasize about large cities of gold. What if they happened. Every single dream. Found a small space to leak through, a gap in the seams. Would your life be better, full of happy days? Or would you hide in the corner, trying to sleep through the haze? Do you dream in reality, with goals and ideas? or visualize only people, the way they may think or make you feel. Whatever you do, don’t ever stop. Your dreams are what’ll help you to reach to the top. What ever this world throws at you, keep giving it all you’ve got.
Your dreams are what make you different.
Think about it. It means everything in this world. Love has the power to build, destroy, create, break, strengthen, weaken, consume, embrace, inspire and tear. You have no choice but to like and hate it because when we come down to it, that’s our drive. We love something or someone so much that we chase after it, hoping to one day make it our own and never have to let it go. It gives us motivation to change, become more like what we want, and less like what we don’t. Whether it be love of money, power, silence, a significant other, or just loving to hate - it affects us all. Maybe in different ways, but it does. It can rise out of nothing and give us so much something to strive for.
